"Awesome job on our roof and seamless communication from start to finish! Quality materials and workmanship, the owner is very involved in the process and many on his crew have worked for the company long term. You can tell they really care, are very organized and completed the job quickly. Excellent clean up and attention to detail. The final inspection from the town was completed and approved two days after work was done. I also appreciated that the owner Jim or the people working with him do not knock on doors like the other roofing companies that were coming through our neighborhood after the storm. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend."

"In the 44 years of homeownership and replacing our roof several times, I have to say Steadfast Builders has been the best. They replaced our roof several weeks ago due to hail damage from a storm back in July. Sergio Hernandez, the sales rep., was with me every step of the way and what ever issue or question came up, it was dealt with immediately. They did an excellent job and I know if any problem comes up, Sergio is only a phone call away. I highly recommend Steadfast Builders."

"Jim and his team are truly amazing! They replaced our roof after a hail storm. Jim went to bat with our insurance company when they tried to short change us and got them to issue the correct amount for the damage the storm caused. His team then promptly replaced our roof, they cleaned up the job site completely and Jim followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this locally owned company. Jim and his wife have a heart of gold and truly take care of their customers above and beyond!!"

"I have high expectations and exacting standards, and had reservations when choosing a roofing company after our recent hail storm. However, Steadfast Builders proved to be a rare gem in the industry, and I am genuinely impressed. The roofing project itself was top notch, quick and professional. They kept me well-informed, met all agreed-upon timelines, and maintained an impeccably clean worksite throughout. The entire team, including subcontractors, exhibited precise attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high quality. The customer service is also exceptional. They listened attentively to my specific needs and preferences, providing customized solutions to meet my high standards. The level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by every member of their team is commendable. They exceeded my expectations, which is not easy. I am not only satisfied with the final result but also grateful for the seamless experience provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Steadfast Builders. They earned my trust and respect in an industry where it's often hard to find such quality."

"It's rare to find a contractor at the quality and customer service level of Steadfast Builders. I've had roofs installed on previous homes and was never completely satisfied. Steadfast just installed a new roof for me and exceeded my expectations. They showed up and finished the job on time and did a great job of cleaning up after the install. I highly recommend them! Todd M Castle Rock, CO"

"They showed up on time, completed the work on the schedule they promised and cleaned up the site afterward. Not much more you can ask for and expect in a Re-roof. Would definitely recommend."

"Sergio Hernandez was fantastic from the roof inspection all the way through to the end of the job. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and delivers on all that was promised. His roofing crew are efficient, friendly and respectful. We highly recommend this company."

"After the major hail damage from may 10, 2023, Steadfast Builders came to our rescue. The first contractor ended up ghosting us after meeting with me and our insurance carrier. Brian came to our rescue. He personally inspected our roof and negotiated with our insurance company to cover the whole roof - how, he put together a document with pictures, and best practices, etc. and presented it to our adjuster. Our carrier changed their scope and approved the whole roof. Brian also arranged to replace all our gutters and downspouts, and the gable. We were very pleased with the results, including the clean-up. With 3 dogs, we were worried about nails. But, Steadfast used magnets to find the nails and we have yet to find any. Steadfast also arranged for a window company to replace our damaged windows and a painting company to repair our porch, balcony, and fence. Throughout, Steadfast stayed in touch with us, maintained communication, and inspected the work during and after. We have absolutely no complaints and without hesitation, highly recommend Steadfast Builders."

"Sergio Hernandez has been great to work with. Honest, punctual, quick to respond to questions. I would give him a call and use this company."

"I am very pleased with the job performed by Steadfast Builders in replacing our roof after a hail and windstorm came through the area. We were out of town when the storm hit so we were unfamiliar with the details of the incident. The company representative, Sergio Hernandez, took care of contacting our insurance company with me. He provided the necessary information to the insurance claim representative. Sergio was at the house to meet with the adjuster, which took several trips as the adjuster missing the appointments, to make sure all damage was documented. Sergio is full of life and a real pleasure to be around. His attitude is contagious. Our roof looks great."

"Steadfast Builders Inc did a fantastic job replacing my roof. From initial staging to clean up, the Steadfast team were professional, courteous, and responsible throughout the process. Continuous updates throughout the process from onsite representatives as well as via email ( Invoicing, staging and work schedules ) were very welcome. Cost was competitive and fair. I would highly recommend Steadfast Builders for any service."

"Jim & his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof & repairing additional damage around the house that resulted from a bad hail storm this past summer. He worked with our insurance company to ensure that they were giving us fair & accurate estimates, even after their first estimates came in lower than expected. He was very attentive & patient with our concerns, as we were in the process of getting our home ready to sell when the damage first took place. Very personable & was an absolute pleasure to work with!"

"Sergio Hernandez is a very impressive guy to deal with he's a great guy very responsive & knowledgeable as well. I would recommend to see/talk to him for any roofing issues...."

"Steadfast Builders did a very professional job on my home. Hail storm hit us hard and we needed a roof, gutters, paint, fence post and stain. Jim and his guys do it all and did a professional job! From start to finish they went over and above to make sure my home was safe from the elements and finished quickly. Jim also took care of venting issues my roof had that my past roofing company missed! Clean up and follow through were also done with care. Thanks! I will use again and recommend!"
